Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation, missed appointment or no show leaves a hole in my schedule and missed opportunity for someone else. As such I require 24 hour notice or changes to your appointments. I do understand unavoidable issues come up, please communicate with me and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency etc.
Less than 24 hour notice for refills/ 48 hours for fullset will result in a charge of 70% of the service
- Less than 2 hours will be charged full amount of service
- NO SHOWS/ will be charged 100% of service amount and possible denial of future services
- IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE MORE 15 MINUTES LATE PLEASE CONTACT ME AT LEAST 20 MINUTES IN ADVANCE to avoid cancelation fee.
